Running interviews and talking-head sessions
Capturing b-roll, movement, and product shots
Directing clients so they feel natural on camera
Helping plan shots and ideas on the fly
Directing real people (not actors)
Strong in Premiere Pro
Good sense of timing, pacing, hooks, and story
Solid understanding of lighting, audio, and composition
Ideally has gear, knows how to shoot Sony
Understands social media style + trends
Friendly, reliable, good with people, confident on set, easy to work with
Can work fast without dropping quality

The role starts with regular editing and paid shoots. As the brand grows, you take on more filming, bigger projects, and more responsibility. Becoming a core creative in the team.
